The River Knows (Amanda Quick)

The River Knows is a romantic mystery set in Victorian England; in other words, it has all the elements I enjoy in a book. But somehow, it just didn't pull itself together for me. I enjoyed the story, but it didn't quite make it to my list of favorites.
